PER DIEM CROSSING GUARD
The Borough of Sayreville is looking to hire Per Diem Crossing Guards. The starting rate for this position is $16 per hour. The duties of this position include the following: assists and protects children at a street intersection; patrols school children and studies traffic conditions; keeps records and prepares reports if needed. The Borough of Sayreville is looking to hire a Discovery Clerk in the Police Department. The starting salary for this position is $43,892. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: maintains records and files; gathers sensitive or confidential information in police discovery; provides general routine information in person and over the telephone. PT/FT PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATOR
The Borough of Sayreville is looking to hire a PT/FT Public Safety Telecommunicator (Dispatcher). The starting rate for this position is $29.35 per hour. The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: receives telephone or other electronic requests for emergency assistance; determines the nature of the call and may transfer caller after determining the nature of the call; prepares reports and statistical data. Applicants must have one year of experience in all aspects of emergency dispatch as well as OETS certification. All applicants are required to possess a valid NJ driver’s license.
