Request for Letters of Interest, Resumes and Proposals for

Animal Control Services for 2026

 

            TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Sayreville is soliciting Requests for Proposals, through a competitive, fair and open process for qualifications and proposals for the provision of Animal Control Services.

 

            All proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31; N.J.S.A.10:6-31 et seq; N.J.A.C 17:27 as well as Borough of Sayreville General Code 2-54A, Regulations on Contributions, copy of which will be provided in the qualification packet which can be obtained by submitting your contact information to Jessica Morelos, RMC, Municipal Clerk at jessica@sayreville.com or during regular business hours from the Borough Clerk, 167 Main Street, Sayreville, New Jersey, upon payment of $10.00 for each set of documents, which sum is not refundable. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

 

One (1) original and seven (7) hard copies of said Request for Qualifications/Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Borough Clerk in the Borough of Sayreville, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, located at 167 Main Street, Sayreville, NJ no later than 12:00 Noon on February 3 , 2026.
