The Personnel Office is located within the Borough Clerk's Office on the 3rd floor, room 303. Rebecca Garbowski is the Personnel Clerk. She is responsible for all 325 employee personnel files and transactions. As the Borough of Sayreville is Civil Service, Rebecca is also the liaison between the Borough and the New Jersey Department of Personnel.
