NOTICE OF HEARING

            Take Notice that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Sayreville will conduct a Continuation Hearing on charges filed against Gianna’s Inc., t/a Cagney’s Pub & Restaurant holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License #1219-33-021-009, located at 3267 Washington Road, Sayreville, P.O. Parlin, NJ  08859 on Thursday evening, May 21, 2009 beginning on or about 7:00 P.M., in the Municipal Building, 167 Main Street, Sayreville, NJ

            All Interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

            This notice is being published in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975.

            Formal action may be taken.
