Executive Support: Provide direct support to the mayor in various capacities, including scheduling, correspondence, policy development, and representing the mayor at meetings or events when necessary.

  • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the mayor's office in meetings, conferences, and public forums, advocating for the city's interests and priorities.
  • Legislative Affairs: Monitor legislative developments at the local, state, and federal levels, and advise the mayor on policy implications and advocacy efforts.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Oversee the planning and implementation of special projects or initiatives identified as priorities by the mayor, which may involve collaboration with external partners or stakeholders.
